The framework

The DCF resume methodology

Built by Fatima at Dream Career Foundry, the DCF method positions senior professionals as solution-providers — not task-doers. Every section earns its place by answering one question: so what?

Talent Brand Summary (TBR)

The opening paragraph either follows Option 1 (the formula: who you are, years, sectors, recognition) or Option 2(conversational: who you help, how, with what outcomes). The Co-Pilot lets you switch and the AI rewrites accordingly.

Industry Exposure matrix

A compact table near the top showing the sectors and sub-domains you've worked across. It gives recruiters a 2-second answer to "where has this person operated?".

Categorized Key Achievements

Top achievements grouped under named themes (Strategic Infrastructure, Risk Management, Team Leadership). Each bullet leads with a result and highlights its metric in gold.

Career Path Snapshot

A clean three-column table — organisation, designation, tenure — that stands above the detailed experience.

Per-role Role + Accomplishments

Every role has a one-line scope sentence, then bullets that convert tasks into outcomes: action verb, what you did, and the measurable result.

Earlier Experience

Older roles get a single condensed line each so they don't crowd out recent, more relevant work.

Signature Strengths grid + Languages

Skills as a 3-column keyword grid (not a comma-separated list), plus a Reading / Writing / Speaking languages table.
